Services

Individual Counselling Sessions – $120

Counselling sessions are an hour long. Your counsellor will listen to your story, identify needs and work with you to create a plan to support you on your journey. The amount of the counselling sessions depends on the needs and the plan and will be an ongoing conversation with your counsellor.

Couples Counselling Sessions – $120

Counselling sessions are one hour sessions. Your counsellor will work to acknowledge and understand both parties. Together we will work together to address needs and set goals to improve the relationship. Common areas of difficulty are communication, parenting, family functioning. The amount of the counselling sessions depends on the needs and the plan and will be an ongoing conversation with your counsellor.

Child and Youth Sessions – $140

Counselling sessions are one hour sessions. Your counsellor will work to acknowledge and understand both parties. Together we will work together to address needs and set goals to improve the relationship. Common areas of difficulty are communication, parenting, family functioning.
