No! You do not need to obtain a referral from anywhere to access private counselling at Prairie Pathway Services. Simply book your intake session and complete the intake forms located in your Jane App account.
All bookings are done through our online portal, available HERE. Select the type of service, location, or counsellor to see the available sessions.
Please note: You will be asked to create an account on the Jane App booking portal. This account will support all your future bookings, invoicing, and bill payments.
If there are no available appointments with your counsellor, then they are fully booked or have not updated their availability yet. You can add your name to the waitlist in the Jane booking portal and will be contacted when an appointment becomes available.
At Prairie Pathway, we strive to provide high-quality, consistent care for all our clients in a timely manner. We request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee.
Individual and Couple’s Counselling session rates cost $120 per hour.
Child and Youth sessions cost $140 per hour.
Payment is due at the time of services provided and we are happy to accept credit card payments through our booking portal or e-transfer payments via email. Payment details can be found on your invoice following your session.
Unfortunately, not at this time. Payment is due at the time of services provided, then clients are responsible for submitting receipts to their health plans.
Invoices and receipts are provided automatically through our booking software to simplify and expedite this process as much as possible!
We have the ability to offer teleservice (virtual) sessions through our online booking portal, if requested. To set up virtual sessions, please book a free phone consultation to inquire about virtual sessions.
