From Shauna

From Shauna

“While my professional journey was fulfilling, my greatest joy has come from being a mother to twin girls. I chose to take a break to focus on being home with them full- time and am excited to continue on with my professional journey. My husband and I farm, and as local business owners, we also believe in the value of investing in the community around us. My commitment to supporting the well-being of others is also reflected in my non-judgmental, compassionate, and caring approach to social work.”

Shauna Wock

BA (Psych), BSW, RSW

Born and raised on a farm in the SE area, Shauna is deeply rooted in her community. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (U of S), she moved to Estevan to embark on her career journey. Following her passion, Shauna pursued a Bachelor of Social Work (U of R), which equipped her with the tools to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

With a decade of experience in various fields of social work, Shauna honed her skills and knowledge by continuously expanding her expertise with ongoing education and exploration of different treatment modalities. She has undergone specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have achieved Level 1 Certification in Gottman Therapy for Couples, and is currently working on level 2.
